Checklist
| Before Shift |

| Check all fluid levels, including coolant |
| Check under machine for leaks & breaks |
| Check fire extinguisher, radio, and seatbelt |
| Check that machine hours are not within 50hrs of the next service |
| Fuel up piece of equipment |
| Report any and all damage or concerns to your supervisor |
| After Shift |

| Grease all nipples designated under the “service” Tab |
| Check for any leaks or damage |
| Remove any garbage that is in the equipment |
